Black and White

This week I decided to try and get some black and white shots, yet oddly all of my best pictures for black and white ended up being older pictures that i had already tried to take and thought had failed. Here is my best pic and a few extra.

This picture is actually a old photo shoot i did with my friend Peter (subject) which I thought I had failed the pictures since I didn't get the effect I wanted.

Light Painting

In this photo shoot I decided to attempt the marvel that is light painting. Because i went brain dead when i was ready to shoot (wasn't until that point) i didn't end up with much good pictures, however this is what i got.

I really like this picture since it shows this lit person in the darkness (myself) and the conflict of multiple personalities behind one face. overall i tried to take this as one picture and it didn't work.. thus I decided to take about 13 different good pictures showing different personalities and picked the best ones to put together. Not sure of the specs since it is multiple pictures.

Nature

I decided that since spring is on the horizon to take a few pictures relating to nature. The sunsets and sunrises are starting to show their beautiful colors and this is my catch of it all with my best picture and the rest.

This photo was taken because i passed by the house and saw a beautiful scene with the branches just outside the glow of the moon with the light smoke from the chimney floating across in front of the moon giving it the glow. nice softly colored view, didn't come out quite that way.

Full Color

In this photo shoot i decided to show full color, playing on lights and shadows while showing the full colors of the world. Here is my best picture and a collection of my other best photos.

This one is my favorite by far simply because the reds of the color are so strong and illuminant yet they don't look fake. The actual book has half the color this picture shows which is only emphasized by the black and white pop color.
